Yes. Dr. Sachs has worked with several periodontists and oral surgeons in Southern Maryland for many years. We coordinate your full treatment plan, share imaging, and communicate directly with the surgical specialist throughout.
With proper hygiene and regular checkups, dental implants commonly last 20 years or more, and many last for life. The crown on top may need replacement after 10–15 years due to normal wear.
Cost depends on the type of restoration (single crown, bridge, or denture attachment) and the number of implants involved. We provide a clear written estimate for the restorative phase after your consultation. The surgical specialist will quote their portion separately.
