It is our policy to collect deductibles and copayments at the time treatment is rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.   Third party financing is offered through Chase Health Advance. We participate with the Military Retiree (Delta) Insurance Plan.  We participate with FMDP-TriCare dental plan through United Concordia, for active duty dependents. We also participate with selected Delta Dental Plans, so please call our office so see if we participate with your particular Delta Plan. We also participate with FEDVIP adminstered through United Concordia.  We do not participate with any HMO. Dental HMO's conflict with our dental mission, which is to provide quality, comprehensive dental treatment.
