Financial Arrangements...

It is our policy to collect deductibles and copayments at the time treatment is rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
We participate with FMDP-TriCare dental plan through United Concordia. We also participate with selected Delta Dental Plans, so please call our office so see if we participate with your particular Delta Plan. We do not participate with any HMO. Dental HMO's conflict with our dental mission, which is to provide quality, comprehensive dental treatment.
